들어오는 길부터 무척이나 넓어서 많은 관광객이 찾기 좋게 되어 있고 장사치들도 많다.
오토바이 주차장이 없어서 한바퀴 돌았는데 정문 바로 옆에 자전거처럼 주차하게 되어 있었다.
There are many signs from Nara, so easily access if have no confusion.
It has huge entrance, directly recognized by foreign travelers, and many merchants.
I cannot find parking lots for bike, then stop in the vicinity of that gate after one circling.
여지껏 일본의 넓은 절이나 성들을 봐서 그런지 그다지 넓어보이지는 않았는데,
더운 날씨와 연합하니 무척이나 넓은 절이었다. 국보와 지정 문화재도 많다 하니...
Looks not so big because I visited larger temples and castles in Japan,
but feels big enough because of hot weather.
And there are lots of national treasures and restricted items...
사실 목적은 본당격인 西院伽藍에 있는 금당(金堂) 벽화라서 입장료 거금 1천엔을 냈지만,
내고 보니 주요 시설인 大宝蔵院(박물관격)과 東院伽藍까지 묶어서 돈을 받는 거라서 다 볼 수 있었다.
(돌아와서 브로셔와 입장권을 함께 스캔한 건데 좀 짤렸다.
좌측에 3개의 시설이 명시되어 있는데, 들어갈 때마다 해당 시설 관리자가 펀칭을 해 준다.
금당은 한번 보고 나오면 다시 못본다... 게다가 중간에 이걸 가방깊이 넣어두어 못꺼내니
땀흘리는게 불쌍한지 하나 더 주더구만... 브로셔를 가지고 있어서 표를 산 줄 알았나 보다.)
Actually my purpose is seeing the wall painting in Gondou(金堂) of Saiin-Garan(西院伽藍),
which needs to pay 1,000 Yen to enter (expensive!!), but this price includes Daihozoin(大宝蔵院) and Toin-Garan(東院伽藍) also.

When I went to 2nd facility, I could not find tickets, and the personnel gave me another.)
西院伽藍에서 제일 먼저 목적했던 금당에 들어가보기로 했다.
역사 같은 건 별로 신경을 안 써서 설명하기는 어렵지만...
First visit the Gondou, but unfortunately I have few ideas with historical background.
한참을 들여다 보았다. 불상이나 벽화가 색채도 고색 창연하게 잘 보존되어 있었다.
기대한 대로 사진촬영은 금지란다. 하지만 안볼때 한장 찍었다. 별로 좋게는 안나왔다.
I see the painting for a long time. (It was drawn by Damging, a Korean monk in 8th century.)
It preserves well, but taking photo is prohibited. I sneak and take one.
원래 역사책에서 본 건 이런 형태였는데, 잘 알아보기는 어렵다.
다 파는 물건으로만 볼 수 있는데, 이 벽화의 엽서 8장 세트는 300엔이다. 사려다 말았다.
The typical image is as follows, very famous in historical book.
This drawing is for sale, 300 Yen for 8 printed postal card. I do not buy that.
바로 옆에는 5층탑이 있는데, 10분 전에 보았던 작은 절의 3층탑과는 규모면에서 상대가 안된다.
들어가볼 수는 없었다. 올라가보면 더 재미있었을 것인데...

But I cannot enter that tower. It'll be more interesting if I can go upstairs...
금당과 5층탑 사이에는 고색 창연한... 조명인지 향탑인지는 모르겠지만 있었다.
이렇게 정성스럽게 관리하고 보존하는 녀석들이... 우리나라 것들은 사정없이... 제길...
Between two houses, an ancient... light tower or perfume funeral... I don't know.
It looks really old...
불상들이 있던 본당을 지나 박물관격인 大宝蔵院로 향했다.
본래 쇼오토쿠 태자(聖徳太子)의 창건에 관련된 만큼, 박물관에는 수많은 관련 유물이 전시된 가운데
태자의 2세, 5세, 몇세... 때의 모습이 그려져 있었다.
물론 다른 나라에서 온 유물들도 전시되어 있었고 볼만한 게 꽤 있었다.
고색 창연한 유물들을 완벽 복원한 현대적 시설 안에 둔 게 흠이랄까...
Then go to the Daihozoin (like a museum).
Originally this temple was deployed by Syoutokutaisi (聖徳太子, a prince of ancient Japan),
so there are many antiquities concerned with him, such as the painting when he was 2, 5,... and so on.
And there are many others, from China (I guess) as well as Japan. Enough to visit.
But what the ancient antiquities in rebuilt palace, looks mismatched.
중간에 있는 무료휴게소(유료휴게소는 없던데...)에서 콜라 한잔을 마시고 (앗, 더운 차는 무료!)
마지막 시설인 東院伽藍로 향했다. 가는 길이 꽤 되었는데 더운 날씨에 걷기가 덥지만
중간중간에 찻길이 있어서 차들이 다니는 게 신기했다. 이런, 길을 따라 택시도 들어와 있다.
Get a break in free resting place - there is no other ones... what a funny! - and drinking a coke... Ohh, hot tea is free!
Then start walking toward Toin-Garan. Somewhat far, hot enough,
but strangely there are roads across the walking alley, and taxis...?
여기는 태자의 모습이 있는 건물 하나 뿐인데, 안에 있는 부처(또는 다른 무엇?) 상이
태국에 있는 모습과 너무나 똑같아서 놀라왔다. 역시 촬영 금지라 찍지는 못했다.
Toin-Garan is also prohibited area of photos, but I'm frightened that there is a statue
of budda, nearly same as what I saw in Thailand...!!
