묻지마 달리기 여행 (바다따라 돗토리) - 둘째날 (8. 17) [Running without Reason (Toward Tottori following Sea) - Second day (17 August)]

알람은 해 놓았지만 새벽 2시에 먼저 깼다. 에어컨을 얼마나 틀어 놓으셨는지 약간은 춥게 느껴질 지경인데, 몹시 더웠던 주간 라이딩을 잊게 할 만큼 좋은 환경이었다. 원래 이렇게 일찍 일어날 계획은 아니었는데 이왕 일어난 거 세수하고 스프 두그릇에 커피 한잔 마시고 나섰다.

Wake up at 2 am, 40 minutes earlier than alarm setting. Bit cold due to full air conditioner, enough to forget the hotness of daytime. Though it is not the plan, but get up, wash face, eat 2 cups of soup and a coffee and then out to ride again.

바로 앞의 주유소에서 주유를 해 놓고 주변 해안으로 나갔다. 아직은 새벽인데 날씨가 벌써 덥다. 해변 호텔에 묵은 사람들은 불꽃놀이하고 난리인데, 난 여기서 좀 쉬고 싶...지만 하늘의 별들이 무척 즐겁게 보여 촬영하려고 별짓을 다 해 봤다.

After refueling in the gas station in front of internet cafe, drive the beach on north, closest from here. Already feel hot though before the dawn. Visitors in a hotel do fireworks, but I want to some rest in here... but glittering stars make me trying to photo. Though my DSLR is good enough to take them, I cannot due to little knowledge^^;;

결국 괜찮은 것을 못 건지고는 여기서 쉬기보다는 휴게소나 편의점에서 쉬자 생각하고는 다시 해변을 따라 달리기 시작한다. 오늘도 여전히 지도 끝에 있는 등대 (B)에 가볼 생각을 하는데 새벽 3시반에 달리고자 한 건 아니었다. 하지만 그렇게 달려 아직 어두울 때 등대에 도착했다.

Too hot already, cannot sleep in here. Judge to find resting place or convenience store then drive again following the coast. Actually I want to visit the northern light house (B), but not at 3:30 am. However, I hardly find the resting place then just drive to there.

등대를 많이 방문해 봤지만, 불이 켜지고 작동하는 등대를 이렇게 가까운 곳에서 본 건 처음이었다. 정말 멋진 장면인데, 이 등대도 벼랑끝에 있는 터라 주변 바다도 장관이다... 중요한 건 쥐며느리며 벌레들이 정말 많아서 여기서도 등대고 잘 곳은 없는게 문제다. 아쉬운 대로 벤치에서 좀 쉬어보려 하는데 차가 들어온다. 일본 어르신인데 일출을 찍으러 오셨단다.

It is the first time to visit real 'lighting' light house. Fantastic scenery due to light, cliffs and numerous worms enough not to sleep in here also... Try to make do on the bench, then coming a car. Japanese old man visits to take sun rising.

이런저런 이야기를 하면서, 또 주변에 사시는 주민과 함께 체조도 하면서 해가 뜨기를 기다리는데 결국 일출을 찍는데 성공했다. 피곤함도 잊고 저 멋진 장면을 어떻게 잘 포착할까 애써 찍었다.

Start to talk with him and try radio gymnastic exercise with waiting the sunrise, then finally the grand photos are successfully taken! I completely forget the fatigue in this time and try to take 50^ photos to get the good view.

여기서 내 지도책의 한계에 도달했다. 더 서쪽으로 가면 이제 아이폰에 의존해야 하는데, 그러긴 그렇고... 결국은 여기서 남쪽으로 틀기로 하고 마쯔오 (C) 를 거쳐 남쪽으로 내려가는 코스를 택했다. 마쯔오에서 아침 시간이긴 했는데 조금 부담스럽게 덮밥을 한 그릇 먹고 커피 한잔을 마시며 코스를 생각하는데, 문득 이 근처에 있는 다이센 (D, 1,709m)이 무척 유명하다는 것을 생각하게 되었다.

This is the end of my map (Mapple Touring Kansai edition). Burdensome when leaning directions to iPhone if I drive west more... Then judge to heading south. Eat the breakfast in southern Matsuo city (C), which is not comfortable with stomach. Plan the next with a cup of coffee, then recognize the mountain named Daisen (mean big mountain, D) is famous in this area.

다이센 남쪽으로 돌아 남쪽으로 내려가기로 하고 다시 9번 국도 동쪽으로 이동한다. 평일 아침의 약간의 혼잡을 뒤로 하고 요나고에서 다이센 쪽으로 길을 잡으니 오, 산이 보이기 시작하는데 이건 대단하다. 어찌 이렇게 생겼는가... 후지산과 비슷하다는 말이 거짓이 아닌, 높은 봉우리에 구름이 대단하게 보였다.

Decide to ride the southern ridge of Mt. Daisen, then start to drive following no. 9 road to east. After little congestion of weekday morning I can set the course from Yonago to Daisen, then see the mountain itself covered with clouds. Awesome! Really similar with Mt. Fuji which I saw in the photo, looks high.

가는 길은 45번 국도를 타는데, 이건 정말 새로운 경험이었다. 느낌상 10%가 넘는 경사의 도로가 다이센을 향해 뻗어있는데, 이건 타 보지 않고는 느낄 수가 없는 길이다... 꼭 하늘을 향해 올라가는 길과 같다고 할까, 이곳도 텐덤으로는 오기 어려운 길이다. 차는 더이상 들어가기 어려운 케이블카가 다니는 스키장 입구에서 산을 바라보고는, 산의 동쪽으로 돌기 시작한다.

It is the brand new experience to approach Mt. Daisen using no. 45 road. Feels more than 10% slope road is straight to the mountain, cannot express the feeling with any words... like the ladder to the sky, looks difficult for tandem if the output of motor is not enough. After touching the end of the road, the rope way station, then turn to east.

이런, 길이 좁아지면서 급커브의 연속인 와인딩이다. 시원하긴 한데 오늘 아침에 너무 일찍 일어난 터라 어딘가에서 쉬고 싶은 마음도 많다. 결국 거의 다 빠져나와서 한 전망대에서 산의 정상을 바라보고 싶었는데, 결국 구름에 가린 사면만 보면서 조금 쉬었다. 에고, 여기도 그늘은 없네... 그냥 힘내서 산을 내려가기로 했다.

Wow, narrow slope road which has continuous winding. Feels cool, but bit fatigue due to getting up early. There are no resting place with this road, so I can rest in an observation point almost end of the road. Clouds cover the summit then I cannot see there. No shade in here also... just ride back to Kyoto from here.

무척 피곤한 상태이긴 한데, 오토바이를 타면 탈수록 힘이 조금씩 나기 시작한다. 쉬면서 지도를 보니 313번 국도를 타면 남쪽으로 내려가기 괜찮은 것 같아서 그리로 가기로 했는데, 이거 길이 험하고 표지판이 완벽하지 않다 보니 조금 더 45번 국도를 타다가 313번 국도로 가기까지 산을 하나 더 넘어야 했다.

Deathly tired, but my motorcycle cheers me up. Setting course to south following no. 313 road on the map, looked good condition but feels skewed and not good signing. Then need more drive to east and use no. 45 road to meet that.

자, 313번 국도는 최초 고속도로처럼 시작되어서 국도로 바뀐다. 열심히 와인딩을 하면서, 경치도 보고 댐도 지나가면서 313번 - 30번 - 52번 국도를 거쳐 남쪽 해변에 접한 오카야마(E) 에 도착했다.

This no. 313 road is interesting. It starts like the 4-way highway, then changes to 2-way local road up to mountain. Continue winding, enjoying the scenery and passing the dam, then arrive Okayama city (E) following no. 313 - 30 - 52 road.

이미 더위와 피로로 무척 지친 상태인데, 점심시간이 조금 지난 오후 1시반경이다. 기름을 채우고 점심을 먹으면서 어디로 갈까 고민하는데, 이제 여기서 집에 돌아가게 되면 효고 근처에서 해가 질 것으로 예상이 되고, 그 다음에는 가본 길이니 야간주행도 가능하다는 생각이 들어 열심히 달려 집에 돌아가기로 했다.

Already deadly tired due to the hot weather and fatigue, and now 1:30 pm. After refueling, start to set the plan with eating lunch. If start to return to Kyoto from now, the sun will set in around Hyogo. I knew the road from Hyoto to Kyoto, so decide to turn back to home through night riding.

예전에 올 때는 250번 국도변 해변길이 꽤 힘들었던 것 같은데, 이제는 힘이 꽤 나는 바이크이니 이 길이 재미있다. 해변을 따라 와인딩을 하다가 새로 생긴 해변의 휴게소 (F) 에서 또 콜라 하나를 뽑아들고 쉰다... 내가 오늘 마신 콜라가 얼마나 많던가.

I visited no. 250 road following the southern seashore several times, remember it was tough. However, I do not feel any trouble but rather interesting now, guess due to the power of 250cc motorcycle. Winding following the road upon the cliff and break on the resting place (F) I visit for the first time, with another coke can... How many cokes did I drink today? I cannot remember.

결국 여기서 집으로 향하는데, 이거 금요일 퇴근시간에 걸려 차가 무지 많다. 또 생각보다 무척 멀기도 하고 내게 두번의 속도위반 딱지를 끊어준 효고현 경찰과 오사카부 경찰의 우려에 따라 열심히 제한속도를 지키며 돌아오다 보니 무지 힘이 많이 든다. 게다가 2번 국도는 언제나 많이 막혀서 그 옆의 75번 지방도인가를 타야 하는데, 오늘도 또 2번 국도에 들었다... 아 힘들다... 생각하면서 달리다 보니 교토로 향하는 171번 국도 (G)를 만나는 것이 이렇게도 반가울 수가 있는가 싶다.

Now approach to Hyoto city. though no.2 road bound for east has been always busy, but today is more because of the rush hour of Friday. Far away then I expect, and worries of speeding tickets which I remember 2 times in Hyoto and also in Osaka polices' sudden strike. These make me obey the speeding limit (50kph!!). Moreover, I need to go to the route to no. 75 local road to interfere the rush hour, but miss again... Ride, ride and ride with thinking it's really tough then arrive the junction point to no. 171 road bound for Kyoto (G), truly welcome!

교토를 향해 달리다 보니 내 앞서 가는 많은 분들이 계신다. 그러다가 걸리지... 하면 여지없이 앞에서 교통경찰에게 걸려 딱지를 떼고 있다. 적어도 3번 봤으니 더 많은 사람들이 오늘 저녁 기분내다 걸렸을 것이다. 저 앞 교토의 소나기구름에서 천둥번개가 치는 것을 직접 보면서 결국 교토에 도착했으니, 이때 시간이 밤 10시 20분...

Now there are many drivers and riders who pass me through. It may be dangerous... then at most three get tickets after. I saw just 3, but much more in this road while speeding up their machine. Geek, the huge cloud with rain shower and thunder is on Kyoto city. What a marvelous scene that I see the lighting bolt! Finally I arrive home at 10:20 pm.

이틀동안 거의 1000키로를 주행했으니 무리는 무리다. 오늘도 컨디션이 정리가 되지 않는다.^^

Drive almost 1,000 kms in two days. Looks tough(?), then just want to sleep^^
